How to reach okx club
okx club publishes English cryptocurrency news, with French translations produced from English originals. We do not use email on this page. Please leave a comment on the article that best matches your message. If your issue is not tied to one article, choose the nearest category page and post there.
Choose the right channel
- Corrections: include the article URL, the sentence or figure that needs fixing, and a source or explanation. Corrections are reviewed first.
- Copyright and takedown requests: include the URL, a description of the material, your role or rights holder relationship, and any supporting documentation. These requests are also prioritized.
- Tips and story ideas: explain what happened, when it happened, and what evidence you have. Avoid sending private keys, passwords, or other sensitive access details.
- General questions: use the comment box under beginner guides, exchange updates, altcoin news, DeFi coverage, or regulation tracking pages, depending on the topic.
Response times and priority
Comments are reviewed during normal editorial hours. Corrections and copyright notices are triaged first, and we aim to acknowledge them within 1 business day. Tips and general questions may take longer, especially if they require verification or French translation coordination.
What to include
For faster handling, keep each comment focused on one issue. Use plain English when possible. French comments are welcome, but the English original remains the reference for published articles.
